The Prehab60 and Prehab90 sessions are 60 and 90 minutes in length and are tailored towards prevention of injury by first assessing to find structural imbalances and possible faulty movement patterns, ROM issues, places of eccentric (pulled apart) and concentric (pulled together) tightness and adhesions in the soft tissue, followed by soft-tissue therapy in the form of sports massage, stretching, cupping, IASTM, percussion therapy and/or kenisio taping.
The Rehab60 and Rehab90 sessions are 60 and 90 minutes in length and are tailored towards rehabilitation by working on areas related to the athlete's active pain, if there is an injury, and any issues that could be affecting the athlete's performance such as weakness, instability or ROM issues. These sessions are usually recommended in a customized series or treatment plan of 4 to 10 and include sports massage, stretching, cupping, IASTM, percussion therapy and/or kenisio taping.

The Recover60 and Recover90 sessions are 60 and 90 minutes in length and are ideal for the individual that has just completed a heavy training period, competition, race or any intense, rigorous activity, especially endurance based such as a long race or multiple heats in any fitness competition.
The Tune-Up is 30 minutes in length and is done fully clothed with shorts for guys and shorts and a tank or sports bra for ladies. The Tune-Up focuses on up to three specific areas and are perfect for a quick-fix between longer sessions or before a competitive event or intense training.
The Scrape-N-Tape is a quick, 15 minute session that focuses on usually one area of active pain or discomfort and includes IASTM (scraping) and Rocktape.
ATHLETIC ASSESSMENT & SCREENING
This is a 30 to 45 minute movement screening and assessment process for athletes looking to understand more about movement mechanics, structural imbalances, faulty movement patterns and how to begin correcting them for the benefit of performance enhancement and decreased risk of injury.
*This session must be done when the athlete is NOT in active or debilitating pain and is for the purposes of prevention. The information received by the athlete from the practitioner is not a diagnosis.
This is a customized assisted stretching session that focuses on stretching and lengthening out connective tissue and muscles and is done while the client is fully clothed in sports, yoga or gym attire for easy maneuverability.
