FLEXFIT SM&T is a uniquely designed sports therapy clinic with a passion for helping athletes reach their peak performance levels through a proven method of treatment, partnerships with other local health care specialists and compassion for each of our athletes as individuals. Our goal for you? Consistently better and pain free movement so that you can live your best life!
Our METHOD
FLEXFIT follows the Bio-psycho-social Model of therapy which takes into account how a patient processes their experience while receiving therapy. In other words: We meet you at YOUR level of comfort. We gauge each session so that every athlete is comfortable with the amount of pressure and type of treatment received.
